Lake Ranch

The Lake Ranch project was a dramatic transformation of a dilapidated 70’s era ranch home situated on Cleveland’s west side. Starting with a full interior gut, our team demoed ceilings and walls to create an open and airy kitchen and living room space while incorporating high-end fixtures and counter-to-ceiling marble accents. On the exterior, new black-framed windows and a gorgeous gabled front porch give this home a serious curb appeal upgrade.
