Step 1

Consultation & On-site Meeting

Let’s sit down together and map it all out. We’ll discuss your ideas, dreams, and the logistics of making it all happen. We’re here to listen and offer advice as the plan comes together. If you have a site selected, we’ll make a visit and visualize the space together.

Step 2

After we have an idea, it’s time to get our architects and designers involved. We partner with architecture firms that share our values of transparency, communication, and craftsmanship to make sure you have the best experience while plans are drawn-up, revised, and finalized.

With detailed plans in hand, we’ll develop a final project budget. We review project costs and the scope of work to ensure we’re ready to hit the ground running.
