Bay Lake

Bay Lake had a one of a kind renovation that turned an outdated chopped up floor plan into a modern marvel through a comprehensive design and build plan. The project involved a full first-floor gut, wall removals, and mechanical reruns, culminating in an elegantly redesigned space. Key features include stained oak hardwood floors, oak stairwell, large steel beams to open up the living area, and a significant amount of high-end custom woodworking. The addition of the loft overlooking the lake, and a 2-story great room, alongside diverse tile accents and styles, highlights the home's luxurious and modern aesthetic.
